Cancellation Policy

Monali’s Dance Studio Online Dance Class Policy "Anybody Can Dance" 1️⃣ Registration & Fees * Advance registration is required for all online dance classes. * Fees must be paid before the start of the session or course. * Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Class access links will be shared only after payment confirmation. 2️⃣ Class Access & Setup * Participants should join the class 5–7 minutes before the scheduled time. * A stable internet connection and a charged device are required. * Camera should be positioned so the instructor can see the full body for proper guidance. * Participants must ensure enough space to move safely. 3️⃣ Attendance & Punctuality * Late entry beyond 10 minutes may not be permitted as warm-up is important. * Missed classes will not be compensated unless the class is cancelled by the studio. * Regular attendance is encouraged for progress and choreography continuity. 4️⃣ Safety Guidelines * Participants must warm up properly and follow instructor instructions. * Inform the instructor in advance about injuries or health concerns. * Dance in a safe, non-slippery, clutter-free area. * The studio is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe practice space or improper execution. 5️⃣ Recording & Copyright * Recording, screenshots, or sharing of class content is strictly prohibited. * Choreography and teaching material remain the intellectual property of the studio. * The studio may record sessions for training or promotional purposes with prior notice. 6️⃣ Online Etiquette & Conduct * Maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow participants. * Appropriate dancewear is required. * Microphones should remain muted unless interaction is required. * The studio reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate behaviour. 7️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling * In case of instructor unavailability, a make-up class or rescheduled session will be provided. * The studio reserves the right to adjust timings with prior notice. 8️⃣ Liability Agreement By joining online classes, participants acknowledge that: * They are physically fit to participate. * They take responsibility for their own safety during online sessions. * Monali’s Dance Studio is not liable for injuries occurring during online participation.
