Refund, Exchange & Delivery Policy

1. Refund Policy

 

At Monali's Dance Studio, we take pride in providing high-quality dancewear and merchandise. We want you to love your dancewear! Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

  • No refunds will be provided once the purchase is completed.

  • Refunds will only be considered in case of:

  • Defective or damaged items received

  • Wrong item delivered

 

To request a refund (if applicable), customers must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Provide order details and proof of purchase

 

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment (excluding original shipping fees) after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

2. Exchange Policy

 

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

 

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect item received

 

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the mistake is from our side).

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leotards, tights, undergarments, and masks are final sale unless defective.

 

3. Delivery Policy

 

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines:

  • Local deliveries: 3-5 working days

  • Outstation deliveries: 5-8 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

 

Sale Items

All sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
